Startup Scaling Operations

Built company foundation from zero including legal entity, trademarked brand, and multi-channel distribution across Amazon (US & Mexico) and retail in 3 Mexican cities. Scaled operations from manual operations to structured business, driving 130%+ sales growth through process standardisation and automated inventory and order tracking systems.

EdTech Automation Platform

Jumpy Kids faced a 3-hour manual bottleneck in generating personalised assessments. We built an automated workflow with Apps Script, Zapier and AI APIs, delivering assessments in <30s. Added data-driven customer acquisition with automated upsell sequences, A/B testing, and cross-platform performance tracking (Meta ads, GTM, Mailchimp), driving higher engagement and scalable premium upgrades.

I'm Antoine, a French engineer and operations consultant with 8+ years of experience helping companies grow through better systems and smarter processes.After graduating from ECAM LaSalle in Lyon, I kicked off my career in aerospace with Dassault Aviation, then spent several years in Mexico leading operations and improvement programs in fast-paced industries (automotive and electronics).Today, I run 88Process, my freelance practice where I help digital companies streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.I’m certified PMP®, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and fluent in French, English, and Spanish.Beyond certifications and languages, I design solutions and drive their implementation from start to finish.
