Production Lines Digital Transformation
Metalor’s Mexican plant lacked real-time line insight, relying on manual weigh-ins and barcode scans. We standardized processes, added operator tracking, scrap codes, and a custom data hub powered by SAP, VITUS, SQL, Access and Excel macros. Live metrics now span the factory, with detailed productivity and output reports in under 30 s, a model now used worldwide by Metalor.
Industrial Launch of Electronic Programs for General Motors & Hyundai
Led two teams at Valeo Mexico for the launch of four Tier 1 & Tier 2 electronic projects, supplying PCBAs for headlamps and wipers. Final clients: GM, Hyundai, Stellantis. Oversaw $40M in industrial investment and contributed to $1B+ in lifetime order intake, delivering on quality, cost, and timeline in a high-stakes OEM environment.
Full-Stack Development of an AI-Integrated Web Application
Jumpy Kids needed to match each child with the right sport and upsell premium plans. We built a full-stack, automated workflow with JavaScript, Google Workspace, Make and OpenAI. It processes data, produces personalized reports, triggers targeted marketing and tracks conversions—delivering tailored recommendations, higher engagement and scalable premium upgrades.
End-to-End Brand Launch and Development
To support Senvia's entry into the senior care e-commerce market, we delivered a comprehensive solution that covered product prototyping, supplier sourcing in China, and packaging design. We optimized the online presence using Helium 10 and Smart Scout, and built a conversion-focused site. The first product launch succeeded, enabling scalable Amazon operations and customer acquisition while aligning business goals with long-term brand development.
Digital Transfer of Military Aircraft Designs
To support Dassault's technology transfer to India, we transformed outdated 2D Rafale tooling drawings into precise 3D models using CATIA V5. This ensured full compliance and manufacturing accuracy. We managed validation workflows and led cross-functional coordination. The result was a seamless tooling production launch at the Indian site, with all documentation aligned to aerospace standards.
Patented Mechanical Design Innovation
At Swinkels Family Brewers, I designed and delivered a mechanical system that was granted a patent by the European Patent Office (EP3601149A1)—a key innovation for cooling and draining cans. This not only improved production efficiency but strategically protected the entire concept, giving the company a competitive edge in beverage line design.
Operations Manager – Leading 180 People
As Operations Manager at Metalor Mexico, I led over 180 people focusing on enhancing both team dynamics and operational processes. I redefined recruitment and onboarding workflows, collaborated closely with HR to build stronger retention practices, and fostered a culture of engagement and accountability. These initiatives led to lower turnover, improved employee satisfaction, and a 15% boost in productivity.
Award-Winning Lean Pilot Line
The first lean concepts introduced to the plant: visual management, hourly monitoring, and structured KPIs. Productivity doubled, scrap dropped 20%. It became the standard for other lines. Awarded as the client’s best improvement project worldwide in 2020.

I'm Antoine, a French engineer and operations consultant with 10+ years of experience helping companies grow through better systems, smarter processes, and rock-solid execution.After graduating from ECAM LaSalle in Lyon, I kicked off my career in aerospace with Dassault Aviation, then spent several years in Mexico leading operations and improvement programs in the manufacturing sector, including 4 major electronic launches at Valeo and a full production transformation at Metalor.Today, I run 88Process, my consulting practice based in Paris, where I support startups and SMEs in structuring operations, managing high-stakes projects, and launching lean, scalable solutions — including tech-driven initiatives.I’m certified PMP®, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ScrumMaster®, and fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
